Join the yearly Global Social Technical Systems Network Meeting!
Innovation in technology is occurring at an exponential rate. Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Data Science … all are garnering significant attention as they enable new possibilities for individuals, companies, ecosystems and society at large. For us as organization design and developers, it is imperative that we not only better understand these developments and what is behind them, but also understand the implications on organization form/design and on the design process itself – in the spirit of continuing to help create better places to work and places that work better.
Hence the topic for this year’s meeting: Technology @ Work in the 21st Century.

The Ouishare team is organising a Learning Expedition from July 4th to 7th in London on the topic “Reshaping organisations for the Future”.
The goal of this trip is to bring together professionals who are curious about the future of organisations, who question classic governance models and are ready to try new solutions to their current challenges. Participants on this learning journey will meet actors at the forefront of new models of work to get inspired and work on concrete actions to implement at their return. The journey includes one day at Nesta’s Future Fest, where Ouishare is a content partner.
