Our incredible library of links to articles, books, case studies and blogs on organisation design is free to access for a limited time period. Access it!
If you are an organisation design professional interested in building your knowledge of the field, you will soon find out that there is a whole library of interesting literature for you out there. It’s easy to get overwhelmed. Don’t worry. EODF is here to help.
We have formed a Curatorial Board – made up thought leaders in the field – who have identified the books and articles that they consider to be essential reading. In addition, the Curatorial Board is responsible for a monthly ‘curated content newsletter’. This contains the most interesting new articles, blogposts, books, and all other content that the Curatorial Board thinks is worthwhile to share with their fellow organisation design professionals.
Our knowledge base is structured along these key areas. For each of the key areas, our curatorial board has identified five books and five articles that EODF considers as essential reading.
In our knowledge base, you will find material that we consider foundational. The summaries of listed content have been adapted from the authors, as well as written by the curatorial board. In addition, you can find more topical content in:
To submit a case study please follow the Case Study Template and read the author guidelines carefully.
