To unleash the power of technology, leaders need the right design.
The primary barrier to progress today is no longer technology itself. Rather, it is finding the right design for a company so that it can unleash the power of technology. Digital technologies are already profoundly changing how both companies relate to their customers. Coupled with technology transformation for legacy environments, digital and technology transformation is just getting started. Business leaders who are driving significant digital transformations are at risk of developing innovation silos, unless their organisation is fully aligned.
Business models in many sectors are undergoing a metamorphosis as companies move from a focus on product or service to a business model built on cultivating customer relationship while transforming their back-end operations at the same time.
