ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The theme for our 2018 EODF annual conference is Designing for Business Ecosystems. With this topic, we would like to open our perspectives on Organisations and see them in their interactions and connections with their closer and wider circle of Customers and Partners. We invite you to bring your cases, be it solved or currently in progress of transformation, so we can explore together what we mean by Business Ecosystems and how we can best support them with knowledge and experience of Europe’s 100 top managers, HR Business partners and internal and external consultants of the field. All industries are fast changing due to the digital revolution and the real market differentiator can be the speed your company gets into making the most of its advantages.
There are three #subtopics. We are curious to discover how the changing nature of #connectivity, as technology is unbounding and reconnecting players, has an effect on work and creates new possibilities for Business Ecosystems to thrive, how #digitalisation and automation create a sustainable human and AI Ecosystem, and how #platforms simultaneously enable and support Ecosystems.
You can learn from and get inspired by a selected number of Keynote speakers while they share their journey, struggles and successes on the road of this transformation. We will create learning opportunities, where you can discuss more in depth the way others changed their mindsets and everyday routines to step into and harvest the opportunities the digitalised world offers us. As a tradition, a large part of our conference is Open Space – where you can post your current issues, questions and have a group of experienced and highly professional people with a diverse background work on the solutions.
Bring your thoughts, questions, cases, doubts and let’s have a great conference again!
